Goods van (‘easybuild’ kit). oo9/4mm scale

Description

This model is part of our 3d printed ‘easybuild’ range of kits. It depicts a freelance narrow gauge oo9 scale model, which is 4mm scale but utilises standard ‘N’ gauge track.

The van is a freelance goods van, similar to those found on many narrow gauge railways around the world. It represents a solid wooden planked design with a large double door on each side.

The kit is 3-d printed in our own workshop and comes complete with assembly instructions. The ‘easybuild’ range is designed to be low in cost and simple to construct with the minimum of tools. We suggest you might need a small file to finish some of the edges before assembly, a sheet of medium grit sandpaper, glue (we recommend superglue), paints and brushes.

The kit comes complete with metal wheels on 15mm pinpoint axles.

A note about couplers: We now include our own printed chopper couplers with this kit at no extra cost. However we recommend investigating your own options for couplers as our printed variants are a little over scale and not suitable for automatic uncoupling operations.

We always combine postage where possible. So if you order multiple kits from our range the postage per item will be greatly reduced.
